How to nominate?

The best way to enter is via our online nomination form below.

When submitting an entry, please note the following:

• Select the award category or categories you wish to nominate your colleague or yourself for. If entering more than one category, a separate nomination must be submitted for each.
• Read the judging criteria for your chosen category carefully before completing your entry.
• Provide a written account of no more than 300 words explaining why your colleague, or you, should be considered for the award. An additional supporting statement from a colleague is welcomed but not essential.
• Ensure the name of the nominee and the award category are clearly included on all supporting documentation.
• Complete and submit the online nomination form by the published closing date.
• The awards are open to anyone working in services directly or indirectly related to social care.
• All entries are treated in strict confidence.
• Nominations will be judged by an independent and impartial panel of adjudicators.
• Entries will not be returned and only one copy of each submission is required.
• The judging panel reserves the right to move nominations to an alternative category where appropriate. Please ensure all information provided is accurate at the time of submission.
• The organisers will not be held responsible for the publication of any information contained in an entry that is found to be inaccurate.
• Judging will take place virtually between three and six weeks prior to the event. Please ensure nominees are available to participate if shortlisted.

• The awards are open to anyone working in services directly or indirectly related to social care
• All entries are treated confidentially.
• Entries will be judged by a panel of reputable independent and impartial adjudicators.
• Online entries only 
• All finalists will be invited to attend the Gala Awards where the category winners will be announced
